Habits:
a few posts ago, i told myself that i will start establishing new good habits with the 21 days rule.
but then, i've realised that i have so many new habits to start, my brain is telling me that i can't do it. (sorry brain, i have to use you as an excuse a.k.a scapegoat)
so i've decided to try 2 out first.

1)practising violin for 1 hour everyday
2)read a book or a magazine before going to bed everyday

that should be easier :D
