havent been updating for a while
not that i don't have anything to write about
i was just being lazy.
i i have nothing to do, for example, on the bus, i would think about what to write and then when i get home, i'll be too lazy to write it down.
so, previously, i've learnt that most human beings take 21 days to cultivaate a new habits
i'm going to try it out.
here's a list of what i would like to make it a habit of doing:

1)Practise at least 1 hour of violin everyday
2)read Business Week everyday
3)skim through CNN everyday
4)memorise or review 10 vocabs everyday
5)cut down on junk food
6)blogging
7)jogging
8)read an article from books or NatGeo magazine.
starting from tomorrow...

there are some that are harder to accomplish, like for example, i can't possibly go practise tennis everyday. it's hard to find a partner.
jogging everyday is hard. but i can try.
just 20-30mins after school, instead of taking a nap.
i should really cut down on junk food.
i've been snacking the whole day, both yesterday and today.
my stomach doesnt feel good.
i had 2 cans of pop today.
AH!!!
too much sugar,
no wonder i've been feeling so tired.
tomorrow will be day 1 :D
hopefully i will be persistent enough to carry out my plan.

i will go jogging everyday so that my body will be as good, or maybe half as good as Kikwang,
eventhough i'm a girl :DDDDDDD
